How can I book to stay at your resort?

What room types are available?

  • Superior Double/Twin Room: can sleep 2 people, with double or twin beds. Baby cot available upon request (over max. occupancy).
  • Superior Family Room with sliding doors: can sleep up to 4 people, with 1 double bed plus 2 sofa beds. Baby cot available upon request (up to max. occupancy).
  • Two Bedroom Suite: can sleep up to 4 people, with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. Baby cot available upon request (up to max. occupancy).
  • Suite Made for Two: can sleep 2 people, with 1 double bed. No baby cot available.

There are two room view choices: inland view or sea view

Is there a safe box in each room?

Yes, each room has its own safe box.

Is there wi-fi access in the rooms & public areas?

Yes, guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access in all rooms and public areas.

What are the resort's standard 'check-in' and 'check-out' times?

Guests can check in at 14:00hrs, and check out time is at 12:00 noon.

Are any rooms adapted for persons with disabilities?

Yes, we have a total of five rooms adapted for persons with disabilities.

Do the rooms include ironing facilities?

Unfortunately, we don't, but we do offer a laundry service at a charge.

Do the rooms include tea & coffee facilities?

Yes, tea & coffee facilities are available in all resort rooms and are replenished daily.

Can I request a room upgrade during my stay?

Room upgrades are available with a respective charge, but this always depends on resort occupancy. As some months are at high occupancy (especially May to October), please book your desired room type and/or view when making your booking to avoid disappointment.

Do the rooms feature a mini bar or fridge?

Yes. All rooms feature a fridge with complimentary soft drinks and beer on arrival, as well water replenished daily.

My return flight back home is late. Can I book a 'late check-out' directly with the resort during my stay?

The resort welcomes guest requests, but your late check-out cannot be guaranteed until your departure date. Please keep in mind that the availability of late check-out rooms always depends on respective arrivals. The current charges for a 'late check-out' room are €80 per room (depending on availably).

I have booked a 'late check-out' room. Will I be able to keep the same room I have been staying in?

We will welcome every request and will do our utmost to help make your late check-out as seamless and stress-free as possible. However, this is on request and upon availability, as your room may be needed for guests arriving early on the day you depart. On the day of your departure, please kindly check if it is possible to keep the same room at the reception. Current charges for a 'late check-out' room are €70 until 18:00 (local time).

Number of swimming pools/depths

  • Indoor pool (adults only in summer from May to October) 6.60m x 16.80m, depth min. 125 cm, max. 145cm, pool ladder to enter pool.
  • Kids outdoor pool 4x4m, depth 45cm.
  • Second children's pool with water games, 10m x 8m, depth 35cm.
  • Main outdoor pool (open for all guests) 37.20M X 27.10m, depth min. 90cm, max. 150cm, steps to enter the pool.
  • Second Outdoor Pool (Recommended for Adults) 29m x 8m, depth 1.40m

Do you heat any of your swimming pools?

Our indoor pool is the only heated swimming pool, heated in November only.

Do you provide beach towels or do I have to bring my own?

Beach towels are provided at the reception desk and can be changed every 3 days.

Is there a 'dress code' for dinner at the restaurants?

The dress code for all Imperial Island Resort restaurants is smart casual. We kindly ask our guests to avoid entering our restaurants in swimwear, barefoot, or wearing sleeveless T-shirts.

If we choose to stay at another Louis hotel or resort (sister hotel), would it be possible to visit your resort and use the resort's services and facilities?

For your utmost comfort and safety, the resort's leisure facilities are reserved only for our in-house residents. Special permissions (with respective charges) are granted to non-residents to attend a wedding or a conference. The same applies to our in-house guests, who are not allowed to use any of our sister hotels' facilities.
